We are bringing back our water exercise program.
Water Exercise will begin March 5.
Exercise sessions offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:45-1:30 from March 5-May 25. Summer times will be posted soon.
We will offer water exercise adult swim time for those looking to use a warm pool (87-88 degrees)
Although I know fast aerobics and can perform or help those who want and are ready for that level, I prefer a lower level of exercise to get in and stay in shape. Water exercise is fantastic to build a stronger cardiovascular system. It is a great way to begin a exercise program with less impact to cause injuries, and is a wonderful way to recuperate from an injury or illness.
You do not need to know how to swim and you do not need to get your hair wet. Come and meet some new friends that will be your friends for a long time to come. Bring your past good friends with you and you will both improve your lives together.
